Your membership site contains a list of upcoming events and courses in the Empowered Aging circle as well as a number of resources and bonuses.

Simply use the top menu bar to navigate between the different sections.

Everything is recorded! So while most people enjoy attending the live session to have the interaction with teachers, if you for some reason can't make it, not to worry! We will put the replays of each session inside the Membership Site so you can refer back to the recordings at any time.

The sessions and events listed on the Calendar are all offered live. Most are about 75 minutes, unless otherwise noted.

Yes, you can always submit your questions for the teacher by sending a note to support@yogauonline.com. 

But please note that if there are a lot of questions, priority will generally be given to the people attending the live session.

You can cancel your membership at any time. After that you will lose access to the membership portal and of course all upcoming events.
